You are my SunshineThe breeze is cool in August. Sitting in the damp grass, It's all okay. I am warm and I am happy.
But lonely still. The heat bug screams in the trees. I feel like I am home, A child with big dreams And no one to dream them with. The ant crawls along my toes. I let him go undisturbed... As long as he doesn't try to crawl up my pantleg. Makeup askew on my face. I am sexy. It's getting cold. The clouds are rolling over fast. Big and Black and Threatening. Sunshine, please don't leave. Dream BigI dream of tornados. Big black clouds threatening to drop Right where I stand. And Waterspouts. Swirling around my house, Digging up my backyard. I dream of whirlpools, Trying to suck me under as I try to swim, Frantically.
Away from the leaches and into the calm blue water. Or onto a rock. And in my dreams Mother Nature rages. In all her beauty, Tries to destroy me. I run worried among my screaming comrades. They're childish and raw (not raw in the sexy way) Raw as in they really suck ass, And yet they're here to stay.
Oh I laugh so hard to think Of when I wrote them down. I really thought they made me "Queen Shit" But now they make me frown.

Ink StainThe poem is all too plain, but I Am intricately constructed, Octopus armed and lazy fingered, Some great mass growing greater, More spineless with each Inking. You ask, what is it called? And what is the point of it anyway?

Hmm, time for another update ^_^

I just submitted 3 new poems the other day, two were from LAST SUMMER. Ya... that was the last time I wrote a poem besides last weekend (Green Ink). I titled it that because it was writted in green pen. I'm pretty bad at naming things.
I lost my job. It sucked anyway but I need a new one fast. At least to tide me over until I get my student loan...

oh ya.. guess what. I'm going back to university!

XD I'll be take Child and Youth Studies, and my goal is to get my degree in Social Work after that. ^_^ I'm very excited. I never knew what I wanted to do with my life before. I think I have half a plan now XD

I also want to start writing children's stories. It's something I used to do all the time as a young child (elementary school aged) and something I've always wanted to continue doing, but for one reason or another, I just never have.

You'll probably see more deviants more frequently now. I have a sketch of a bumble bee that I did that I'd like to upload if I can get Becca to let me use her scanner. And I want to submit my stories when I get them started to see what people think. It'd be nice to get some feedback. I want to be published and get rich so I can afford to pay back my student loan
